Mommy I Want a Toy Triceratops

Growing up there’s nothing I wanted more than a pet dinosaur like those kids from Land of the Lost. But no matter how much I begged and pleaded, my parents would still deny me saying things like “you have an active imagination” and “are you sure those were porcini mushrooms in the food last night?”. Kids these days have it easy. You want a pet triceratops? No problemo.



Playskool has now introduced KOTA the toy triceratops. This 40 inch long rideable toy has 11 sensors that react to kids’ touch by moving his head, horns, tail or giving a “friendly” dino roar. KOTA even comes with green leaves that he will “munch”. Like real dinosaurs, KOTA runs on 6 D batteries. I’m gonna go out on a limb here and say that there’s another possible use for this thing- a hack if you will- the world’s greatest dog toy. Imagine the possibilities.
